When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the unit type and budget range you select. When you call or message us we retain your phone number and the content of that conversation.
Solely to respond to your enquiry, share pricing and availability, and where you proceed, to introduce you to the developer. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Where you ask to proceed with a reservation, we share your contact details with the relevant developer so the transaction can be executed directly with them. We also use service providers for hosting, email, and advertising measurement.
We use Google Ads conversion tracking. Cookies set by Google may record that you submitted a form or clicked a call button, so we can measure advertising performance. You can opt out through Google's Ads Settings or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to erase them sooner.
